Classic – John Mayer now says he misses Jennifer Aniston and that he should have tried to make things work with his most famous ex. Whatever.
Rolling Stone conducted an in-depth interview with John Mayer for their upcoming issue. Among other things, this is what Mayer had to say about the split: “I’ve never really gotten over it. It was one of the worst times of my life… I’ll be happy when I close out this life-partner thing.”
Mayer and Aniston had 2 stints “together” as “boyfriend-girlfriend” – the latest break up came in February 2009 just after the pair attended the Oscars together. I have a feeling Mayer is just saying these things to see if he can get back together with her so he can dump her a 3rd time! Gimme a break – this guy has dated more famous chicks than there are grains of sand on a beach. Plus he loves going public with the details of his relationships and subsequent break-ups – tweeting them to all as if he’s writing a Taylor Swift break-up song about a “Jonas Brother”. This guy has it made.
Mayer embarks on a world tour in just a few weeks. The Mayer World Tour kicks off on Thursday, February 4th at the Bank Atlantic Center in Sunrise, Florida. Mayer will also play 2 sold out shows at Madison Square Garden in New York City at the end of February. 19-year-old mega start Taylor Swift took home Entertainer of the Year last night at the 43rd CMA awards. She was the youngest person to ever win the award. Swift has had an amazing year with sold out shows in almost every city she plays and the hottest album out in 2009.
“will never forget this moment because in this moment everything I have ever wanted has just happened to me,” she said in accepting the major honor over four veteran male acts, all of whom she has opened concerts for in the past year. “You guys, this album is my diary, and so to all the people who voted for me for this … thank you for saying you love my diary because that’s the nicest compliment,” said Swift
Of course some people just couldn’t let her have her night, Wynonna Judd who hasn’t been relevant in years was quoted saying “You want my honest comment? It’s too much too soon,” the singer told USA Today before the show. “Time is God’s way of keeping everything from happening at once. It’s just too much of a good thing too soon.” Come on Wynonna, just because Swift will be ten times the star you are don’t take it out on her.
Also, if you missed the show super hot Carrie Underwood and some guy made fun of Kanye. Just kidding Brad Pasiley was the guy.

Taylor Swift already had one of the most successful tour in 2009 and now she is back for round two. Swift announced last week that she will be heading back to the US with more tour dates. Most of the dates will be in cities she did not play in the first round of her tour. Swift has not only been crushing ticket sales this years her music is flying off the shelves also. Looks like Kanye should have picked on someone else this year, maybe he wouldn’t have had to cancel is tour due to poor sales. Taylor Swift adds two Chicago shows

Taylor Swift has added two Chicago dates to her 2009 US tour. The concerts will be on Oct 9 and 10th and will be the only city thus far she will have two shows. Swift 2009 tour has turned out to be one of the biggest of the year selling out most shows super fast. Fans of all ages around the country seem to love the country super star.
