Rose Hurt, Bulls Lose in Home Blowout to Magic 107-87

Not a good night for Bulls fans, as Derrick Rose was injured at the start of the Bulls 107-87 blowout loss to the Orlando Magic at the United Center. Just over 2 minutes into the game, Rose was fouled hard by Magic star Dwight Howard. Rose landed awkwardly on his right hip. Rose made the basket and then the free throw, but the Bulls took him out of the game after that for precautionary reasons. Rose went to a hospital after the game to have an MRI done on the injure right hip and results will be forthcoming. Head Coach Vinny Del Negro had this to say about the hard foul and Rose’s status – “I don’t think there was anything intended there at all, just try to block a shot… Let’s see what the MRI says. Let’s see how much discomfort, how stiff he is tomorrow. Usually, those things tend to loosen up rapidly, and luckily, we do have the All-Star Break. I just hope he’s all right to participate because he deserves it and I want him to enjoy himself.”
After that play, the rest was history for the Bulls. The Magic outscored the Bulls 41-17 in the 1st quarter. Ouch! The Bulls outscored the Magic in the 2nd and 4th quarters, but it wasn’t enough. The Bulls fell back under .500 at 25-26 and they are tied with the Miami Heat for the 8th seed in the Eastern Conference. The Milwaukee Bucks are just 1 game behind the Bulls and Heat, so it is going to be a dog-fight the rest of the way for the Bulls. They will need to get back a healthy Rose and Joakim Noah after the break if they expect to make a real post-season run during the next 2 months…
John Mayer just another out of touch dumb celebrity

No big shock here, John Mayer is just another out of touch dumb celebrity that lives in a Hollywood bubble. I’m not sure if he said what he said in the Playboy interview to get some free press and get the internet buzzing, he is currently on his 2010 world tour and he has a new CD out. All of that aside people are not happy with all of the things the genius said. Like “What is being black?” Mayer pondered. “It’s making the most of your life, not taking a single moment for granted. Taking something that’s seen as a struggle and making it for you, or you’ll die inside. Not to say that my struggle is like the collective struggle of black America. But maybe my struggle is similar to one black dude’s.” Oh yeah John your life has been such a struggle, not sure how you have made it this far. Mayer also apologized last night because of his use of the N word during the interview.
It looks like no one was safe from his tell all interview as he also talked about ex-girlfriends Jennifer Aniston and Jessica Simpson and had some great quotes. About Simpson, Mayer said she was ” a drug.” “And drugs aren’t good for you if you do lots of them,” he says, adding, “Yeah, that girl is like crack cocaine to me.” “Sexually it was crazy. That’s all I’ll say,” he continues. “It was like napalm, sexual napalm. Did you ever say, ‘I want to quit my life and just f*****’ snort you? If you charged me $10,000 to f*** you, I would start selling all my s*** just to keep f****** you.’” He wasn’t as harsh when it came to Aniston, “If Jennifer Aniston knows how to use BitTorrent I’ll eat my f***g shoe. One of the most significant differences between us was that I was tweeting. There was a rumor that I had been dumped because I was tweeting too much. That wasn’t it, but that was a big difference. The brunt of her success came before TMZ and Twitter. I think she’s still hoping it goes back to 1998. She saw my involvement in technology as courting distraction. And I always said, “These are the new rules.” and he said about if he still lover here “Yes, always. I’ll always be sorry that it didn’t last. In some ways I wish I could be with her. But I can’t change the fact that I need to be 32.” She must have loved that he called her old in Playboy, don’t think they will be getting back together.
I don’t have to say anything about this guy that most people don’t already know he is like every other Hollywood douchebag that lives in there own world. Oh, here is his apologia from his show last night. I think he starts to cry, give me a break.
